No, Ecotone non-enterprise features are licensed under Apache 2.0 license, therefore can be used it for free in commercial projects. Only Enterprise features require subscription.

After buying monthly or annually subscription, you will receive an email with licence key. The licence key should be added to your Ecotone configuration file. After that, you will have access to all Enterprise features.

After subscription have been bought, you will receive an email with link to cancel subscription. After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the page where you can cancel subscription.

Subscription is not refundable. However you can cancel subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.

At this moment Ecotone Enterprise version is available only for companies. If you are individual, you can contact us, so we can message you when individual version will become available.

Enterprise Plus is a version of Ecotone that includes all the features of the Enterprise version, yet with different licence expiration terms. If Enterprise Plus licence will expire, End User will still be able to continue using Enterprise features without version updates. Besides that Enterprise Plus users will get 25% discount for first consultancy or workshop session.

Expired licence means access to Enterprise features will be lost. However if you have bought Enterprise Plus subscription, you will be able to continue using Enterprise features without version updates.

Yes, Ecotone Enterprise enables access to Enterprise features regardless of the number of servers, containers instances.

Yes, it's possible. You can start with 7 days trial to test out Enterprise features, before starting subscription. After 7 days you can decide if you want to start the subscription. Email us at `support@simplycodedsoftware.com` to receive trial licence key.
