Run real production systems on the free core under Apache 2.0 — async messaging, the outbox, idempotency, retries, dead-letter, sagas, event sourcing, projections, and tracing. Enterprise adds scale and multi-tenant topology — partitioned & streaming projections, Kafka, the Distributed Bus, Orchestrators — on the same attributes and the same code. No refactor when you grow.

No. Ecotone's core features -- CQRS, aggregates, event sourcing, sagas, async messaging, interceptors, and testing -- are licensed under Apache 2.0 and free for commercial use. Only Enterprise features require a subscription.
Behind Ecotone stands SimplyCodedSoftware and its open-source contributors. Every Enterprise licence directly supports continued development of the open-source core.
After buying a monthly or annual subscription, you will receive an email with a licence key. Add the licence key to your Ecotone configuration file (Symfony, Laravel, Tempest, or Ecotone Lite). After that, all Enterprise features are unlocked.
After subscription have been bought, you will receive an email with link to cancel subscription. After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the page where you can cancel subscription.
Subscription is not refundable. However you can cancel subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.
At this moment Ecotone Enterprise version is available only for companies. If you are individual, you can contact us, so we can message you when individual version will become available.
Enterprise Plus includes all Enterprise features with different licence terms. If your Enterprise Plus subscription expires, you keep lifetime usage rights for the version available at your last subscription date -- your production system continues to work. Enterprise Plus subscribers also receive a 25% discount on their first consultancy or workshop session.
With a standard Enterprise subscription, access to Enterprise features will be lost when the licence expires. With Enterprise Plus, you retain lifetime usage rights for the version available at your last subscription date -- you just won't receive version updates.
Yes. One licence key covers all environments -- no per-server or per-container restrictions. Deploy to as many instances as you need.
Yes. You can start with a 28-day trial to evaluate Enterprise features before committing. Email us at support@simplycodedsoftware.com to receive a trial licence key.
